Heinrich graduated from Stellenbosch University where he earned his BA LLB Law degree during 2003 and completed Law School at the Post Graduate School of Law at the University of Cape Town (UCT) the following year.
After completing Law School and articles, he was admitted as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (Cape of Good Hope). In 2005, he completed a Certificate Course in Labour Law.
In 2007, Heinrich joined SEESA (Pty) Ltd, a national company specialising in labour and compliance law, as legal advisor. His experience in the field of labour law now exceeds 15 years, and includes extensive knowledge in drafting of legal documents (such as employment contracts and policies); presiding over disciplinary hearings; representation at CCMA & Bargaining Council proceedings; union negotiations; strike management; facilitation of incapacity enquiries & retrenchment meetings and presenting training as accredited facilitation.
He started 021 Legal Consulting (Pty) Ltd in 2014 as sole director and apart from Employment Law, also decided to extend the range of services offered by the company to matters of compliance with other legislation such as the Consumer Protection Act, The Electronic Communication and Transactions Act as well as the most recent developments in Protection of Personal Information Act.
Heinrich’s experience also extends to employment related matters in the public sector, where he has been mandated to assist the Western Cape Premier on a part time basis, in presiding over various disciplinary hearings, some of which received media coverage.
Apart from legal compliance, Heinrich has also successfully completed a Training Facilitator Course (Unit standard 117871; NQF 5) and enjoys providing training in his various fields of expertise.

Louise graduated with a LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2002 whereafter she did her articles of clerkship, and later on became a director, practicing for several years as an admitted attorney and conveyancer in the Property Department and Administration of Deceased Estates Department at VGV Attorneys Incorporated. In 2016 she took up a similar position at Matthee Attorneys Incorporated and in 2019 joined 021 Legal Consulting (Pty) Ltd in her pursuit to extend her knowledge and experience to the specialist fields of employment law and compliance law.
Her experience and knowledge in drafting and perusing various legal documents, are skills that are extremely valuable when advising on compliancy laws, as well as drafting and amending agreements in line with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and preparing all policies as required by Labour legislation and/or the operational requirements of the employers.
